Composite Breast Augmentation ( implants + lipofilling )
Composite breast augmentation is the treatment of choice for women with small breasts who do not have localized fat excess : volume is provided by the implant, while lipofilling brings a natural appearance. This technique combines the advantages of two well established methods in breast aesthetic surgery to achieve a result that is both voluminous and harmonious. It is particularly suited to slim women who wish to avoid the overly artificial look sometimes associated with breast implants alone.

General information
Slim women often have a small bust and therefore consider breast implants. However, because their chest wall is almost lean, the implant may be slightly visible and the result can lack natural softness. In addition, they usually do not have enough fat to undergo breast augmentation by lipofilling alone.
For this reason, the composite technique consists of placing an implant that is then camouflaged by fat transfer all around it, particularly in the cleavage area. For a perfectly natural result, I hide the scar in the armpit.
This approach is especially suited to patients seeking a discreet and personalized breast augmentation. Each procedure is unique, as it depends on the patient’s morphology, the amount of fat available for breast lipofilling, and the type of implant chosen.
However, this technique is not suitable for every patient. A preliminary consultation is essential to assess expectations and determine whether this breast procedure is the most appropriate option.
Technique and procedure
Breast lipofilling, also known as breast lipomodeling, is a key step in this surgical procedure when combined with implant based augmentation. It not only helps to conceal the implant, but also reshapes the cleavage contours for a more natural appearance.
Fat harvesting is carried out in several areas, in a regular and symmetrical manner, to remain completely unnoticeable. The preserved fat cells are then implanted into the cleavage and into all the tissues covering the implant.
The implant is inserted via the axillary approach, and the result is checked with the patient in a seated position. The procedure most often lasts around two hours, and although outpatient surgery is possible, I generally recommend spending one night in the clinic for greater comfort.
The final volume partly depends on the body’s ability to integrate the transferred fat cells.
This is why a thorough evaluation during the consultation is always recommended, in order to better anticipate the final result.

Postoperative recovery
Recovery after composite breast augmentation is generally well tolerated, although it may vary from one patient to another. Bruising in all fat harvesting areas can be somewhat painful.
A one week rest period is necessary, followed by a gradual return to activities. Sport should not be resumed before six weeks.
During this time, it is essential to strictly follow postoperative instructions to optimize recovery and ensure the best possible outcome.
In addition, wearing a well adapted support bra is crucial during the first weeks, in order to properly support the breasts and promote harmonious healing. I remain fully available to my patients throughout this recovery phase, to answer questions and provide guidance at every step.
Results
The result is immediate. It stabilizes within two to four months, during which a suitable support bra must be worn.
The combination of implants and lipofilling provides a natural and harmonious appearance that blends perfectly with the patient’s silhouette. Scars are discreet and gradually fade over time.
Each procedure reflects a high level of expertise, based on precision and respect for the body’s natural lines.
Composite breast augmentation pricing
The cost of this type of breast surgery, combining implants and lipofilling, depends on several factors, including the complexity of the procedure, the type of implant chosen, clinic related fees, and the amount of fat to be transferred.
During the initial consultation, I take the time to explain every detail, including costs, so that you can make a fully informed decision.
