Hyaluronic Acid Injections
Correcting a facial imperfection in less than one hour, without risk, and at an affordable price is what we achieve with minimally invasive surgery : targeted injections of a filler made of hyaluronic acid. When used properly, this biomaterial helps enhance facial volumes, reshape the profile of the nose or chin, and reduce wrinkles.

General information
Hyaluronic acid is a large molecule discovered in 1934 in the vitreous humor of the bovine eye. It has the same chemical structure in humans, animals and plants. Its properties, particularly its ability to retain water, allow it to be used to improve many different tissues. It is used, for example, in cataract surgery, joint disorders, vocal cord abnormalities, and in the treatment of vesicoureteral reflux in children.
In aesthetic surgery and aesthetic dermatology (often referred to as aesthetic medicine), the molecule has been developed to improve its longevity and volumizing capacity. Thanks to these exceptional qualities, hyaluronic acid has remained for many years the reference molecule for wrinkle filling, volumetry and skin hydration.
Hyaluronic acid has a multifunctional role : it fights skin aging by restructuring and hydrating the skin, it revitalizes tissues and restores volume where needed.
It is 100 percent biodegradable, biocompatible, and non specific, meaning that no allergy test is required prior to injection.
Side effects and potential complications are rare and well known, as hyaluronic acid has been used for aesthetic purposes since 1995.
Hyaluronic Acid is :
- RELIABLE
- EFFECTIVE
- ADJUSTABLE
However, improper use in inexperienced hands can lead to unsatisfactory or even harmful results.

Indications
- Hyaluronic acid for FILLING
Wrinkle filling, fine lines, folds, small scars and acne scars.
Thanks to its hydrating, revitalizing and filling properties, hyaluronic acid allows experienced hands to treat most facial wrinkles and fine lines :
- Nasolabial folds and marionette lines
The nasolabial fold extends from the side of the nose to the corner of the mouth. Over time, it may continue downward as marionette lines, running vertically from the corners of the mouth toward the chin. Filling results can sometimes be spectacular.
- Glabellar lines
These are the vertical lines that form between the eyebrows when frowning. They can be treated effectively with Botox and hyaluronic acid. Choosing the most appropriate product requires expertise. As skin progressively loses its elasticity, Botox alone may become insufficient, making hyaluronic acid filling necessary.
- Crow’s feet
These are the wrinkles that radiate from the outer corners of the eyes toward the temples.
- Dark circles
Dark circles correspond to a curved hollow under the eyes. They are often accentuated by darker eyelid pigmentation and by under eye bags.
- Hyaluronic acid for VOLUME
Volumetry is a modern aesthetic technique aimed at reshaping the face, either to compensate for age related volume loss or to enhance the features of a young face.
Areas treated include :
- Cheekbones
- Temples
- Facial contour
- Eyebrow arches
- Forehead
- Nose
- Lips
- Hyaluronic acid for REVITALIZATION
- Face
- Décolleté
- Hands
- Labia minora
- Hyaluronic acid for PLEASURE
- Mushroom technique
- G spot and vaginal area
Procedure
After our discussion, a careful examination and photographic documentation, treatment can be performed. Depending on the case, it may be done after applying a topical anesthetic cream or following a local anesthetic injection. In many situations, no anesthesia is required.
The use of state of the art equipment (ultra fine needles, double bevel needles) ensures optimal precision.
The choice of hyaluronic acid depends on its degree of cross linking, adapted to each anatomical area.
At the end of the session, no visible marks are usually present, except in very reactive skin where redness may last a few hours. Depending on the treated area and the amount of product injected, a bruise may appear the following day, which will always be explained beforehand. The use of antiplatelet agents (such as aspirin) or anticoagulants may increase the risk of bruising.
Results are immediate, and in most cases you can resume your usual activities as soon as you leave the medical office. A follow up visit after 1 to 3 weeks allows us to assess the result and refine it if necessary.
