Skinny women generally have small breasts and often desire implants. However, simply placing implants on a very skinny chest rarely results in a natural look, and because these women are skinny, they usually lack enough fat for a simple fat-transplant procedure. In this case, the composite augmentation is the most adapted. Fat tissue is collected in small amounts in different areas to ensure a symmetrical and even result that will barely be noticeable. The fat cells are then implanted in the cleavage area and under the skin that will cover the implant. The implant is then placed through the armpit to ensure that the scars will not be visible and their location is verified in a sitting position to ensure an optimal result. The operation lasts about two hours. If possible, I usually advise the patient to spend the night at the clinic for more comfort.
